A new tradition: the unity cocktail

My pal Cior sent this link to me- Offbeat Bride reports on a wedding where they had a ceremonial shaking of the wedding cocktail.

I can imagine the speech to go with it: "May the union of these two people symbolized by the wedding ring be like the marriage of rye whiskey to sweet vermouth brought together in perfect harmony with the addition of Angostura bitters."
