Cocktail Menu: Corners Tavern in Walnut Creek, California

CtOpening on March 28th is Corners Tavern in Walnut Creek, California. The beverage program was done by Nicole Burke.

"Nicole Burke, named by the San Francisco Chronicle as one of the Bay Area's "Up and Coming Sommeliers," will be heading up the beverage program. Burke is planning a wine list that pays homage to the classics of California, Oregon and Washington while also highlighting up and coming, avant-garde producers. She’ll feature craft breweries that are on the cutting edge – both in San Francisco and the East Bay - as well as a selection of Belgian and Trappist inspired beers from Europe. Cocktails will also be a mix of the classics (with a twist) and some new unique selections featuring local distilleries."
