Japanese Whisky Ceremony
Prepared tableside for guests, a 12 year old Yamazaki Whisky is presented alongside Fresh Peaches marinated in Homemade Syrup with Mint Sprigs. Peaches are charred at the table, allowing the aromas to circulate and infuse in a Bordeaux glass, before serving the whisky straight with ice. $24
A tart, elegant cocktail served with Ancho Chile, Bosc Pear and Sesame Oil, this cocktail fuses Gin, Green Chartreuse, St. Germain Elder Flower and Lime Juice to create a drink that pairs perfectly with offerings such as the Ahi Tuna Tartare. $13
El Burro Ardiente
The unique flavors of Mezcal, Ruby Port and Angostura Bitters with Lime Juice, Agave Nectar and Ginger Beer create a distinctive cocktail with smooth flavors to pair with any signature red meat offering on the delectable menu. $14
A new take on the vodka based ‘Moscow Mule’, the creation incorporates Bourbon with Peach Liqueur, Honey-Basil Syrup, Lemon Juice and Ginger Beer to delight the palette of the most discerning bourbon drinkers. $13

For patrons looking to sample a refreshing cocktail, the beverage combines Domaine Canton Ginger Liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse with Goji Berry Liqueur, Lemon Juice and Egg Whites, shaken and strained before being finished off with Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine. $14
Agave & Pear
The sweet ingredients of Pear Liqueur and Honey Syrup contrast with the Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters and Egg Whites to create an eclectic, Tequila based cocktail with a hint of Absinth. $14
For patrons with an adventurous streak, this spicy concoction fuses Vodka with Mint Syrup, Lime Juice and a Jalapeño slice to create a uniquely flavored cocktail. $12
