Hey, I had this drink at Wo Hing General Store in San Francisco and it is delicious.
The Rum and Oats, by bar manager John Codd, contains steamed oatmeal stout, dark rum, vermouth, cinnamon syrup, and bitters, and is topped with whipped cream.
Hot beer? Hot damn.
