I collect airline drink menus so that we can compare the selections.
Help me out: if you're traveling snap a cell phone picture of the drink selection from the in-flight magazine and send it to me along with the name of the airline and month of your flight. My email address is to the right.

Hawaiian Airlines, March 2013
Our first menu from Hawaiian Airlines! Thanks to reader Warren for sending! I like that they're using regional Hawaiian spirits.
Spirits: Koloa Rum, Ocean Vodka, Dewar's Scotch, Jack Daniel's (mislabelled as bourbon and without the apostrophe), Bombay Sapphire Gin (misspelled!).

And on flights to Mexico, 'tequila" though they don't mention a brand, oddly.

Volaris Airlines, November 2011
Short menu here - Cuervo Tradicional, Ron Matusalem, and Vodka Gotland(?). Thanks to Warren for sending the menu.
ANA Airlines, November 2011
All Nipon Airlines, aka ANA, is one of the few I've seen that put their drink (and food) menus online. Go to this page, select a seating class, a flight route, and the 'drinks' tab.
I had the pleasure of flying Business Class with ANA in November. Their drink menu offers aperitifs and cocktails of sherry, Campari, Kir, Kir Royal, a Martini, a Gin & Tonic, Bloody Mary, and Screwdriver. Their spirits are Chivas Regal, Jack Daniel's Black, Suntory Yamazaki Japanese whisky, Bombay Sapphire gin, Absolut vodka, and Camus VSOP cognac. They also offered three kinds of sake, two kinds of shochu, and one plum wine. Quite the selection.
Delta Airlines, September 2011
An update to Delta's airline drink menu: Looks like Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey is not only on the Featured Cocktails section but also the regular offering section.
Continental Airlines, September 2011
Looks exactly the same as United, which makes sense as they merged.
(Thanks to Nora Maynard for sending!)
United Airlines, September 2011
You can get a margarita on board, unless you're going to Hawaii.
Delta Airlines, September 2011
I think the rest of the menu is the same, but the Featured Cocktail is now Skyy Vodka and Fresca. They still make Fresca?
(Thanks to Warren for sending the photo.)

United, May 2011
United, March 2011
Same as the most recent menu below.

Aer Lingus (September 2010, USA to Europe)
They not only doesn't list their beverage selection online or in their in-flight magazine that I could find, they charge for all alcoholic beverages even on international flights. So BOO to them. I believe the drinks cost $6 for wine, beer and spirits, $7 for bubbly.
Iberia (September 2010, within Spain)
Iberia does not list their drink selection online. In the air, no specific alcoholic beverages were listed. (This menu flier has a teaser though (PDF).)
