Cocktail Menu: 1833 in Monterey, California

Restaurant 1833 opened in Monterey this summer. In addition to the below menu they also offer absinthe service with 15 different brands. Monterey is an unlikely spot for fine cocktails. It's good to know that there is now somewhere to go.

When I saw you announce this post on Twitter, I was highly excited about the possibility that a cocktail menu from the year 1883 had been discovered in California. Such answers that artifact would have!
oh, another restaurant at Hartnell & Polk. Well, that's somewhere to drink the next time I'm in Monterey.
