Bartenders, Your Chance to Work Abroad in the Auchentoshan Switch

297x250The Auchentoshan Switch is a contest for bartenders with a pretty great prize: 14 days staging in one of two of the best bars in the world.

The winning American or Canadian bartender will get to work at Nightjar in London, ranked the third best bar in the world. This bar has the most spectacular garnish presentations you will ever see.

The winning bartender from the UK, Sweden, or Germany will work at The Dead Rabbit in New York, a spectucular new bar that has garnered raves from the press and industry folks. They have a vintage cocktail program that seems positively revolutionary.

It's pretty simple to enter:

  1. Create a unique and inspiring Auchentoshan Three Wood cocktail (Auchentoshan 12 Years Old in Toronto).
  2. Upload an image of your creation.
  3. Along with recipe.
  4. Finally, provide them with a little information about yourself.

The deadline for entry is July 31 2013. Details are here.

Auchentoshan Three Wood is a triple-distilled single malt scotch whisky aged in ex-bourbon casks, Spanish oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
