Dear Camper,
Another excellent post. I haven't visited Japan before and like perhaps many people have had limited exposure to Whisky from this area of the world. However, it is amazing how the last decade or so has begun to change this experience with some top level award winning offerings. Your overview of their Whisky production at Hakushu is exactly what many of us need so that we are inspired to seek, find and gain more of these beauties.
