A Few Places for Cocktails in Los Angeles, in Three Neighborhoods

Drinking without driving in LA is not easy, and I'm not a big fan of using the hourlong commutes between bars to sober up.
So I wrote a story for Depatures.com about where to drink in Downtown, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills, where it's easier to stay locally and drink in a few places in each area.
The featured bars are meant to appeal to Amex Black Card holders who are Depatures' readership, rather than say, liquor journalists who can't afford to go to them.
