Gazoz: Flowers and Fermented Syrups Come Together in a Glass

In my first story for Eater in a while I wrote about the Gazoz at the new Michael Mina restaurant Estiatorio Ornos.

They, in turn, come from this pretty awesome cocktail book Gazoz (please use this link to Amazon or this one to Bookshop if you buy it - I could use the referral fees!) that includes instructions and inspirations for drinks with fermented fruit syrups and gorgeous presentations.

The story looks beautiful too! Check it out here.
